Whitmore Village Design Statement

This Village Design Statement has been prepared jointly by Whitmore Parish Council and Newcastle-under-Lyme Borough Council and was adopted by the Borough Council as Supplementary Planning Guidance in September 2002. The Guidance forms part of the Development Plan and, as an extension to the design policies set out in the Newcastle-under-Lyme Local Plan 2011, it is a material consideration in determining planning applications and appeals.
